What are your pricing models?
We charge a one-time installation fee and a monthly licensing fee, duly agreed upon by both parties.

How can I book a hotel venue?
You may visit the website of our hotel partners and check for availability of venues at any of their properties across the globe.

 

How will I know if my venue is actually booked?
You will receive a confirmation email instantly, and the chosen venue will be intimated in real time. Should you wish, you may also call the chosen venue and verify for yourself.

 

What will happen if I have to cancel the event?
Cancellations take place by the hotel’s cancellation policy, and accordingly, the refund order will be issued.

 

What if after I have booked the venue through your platform, I need some assistance?
Our concierge team will be more than happy to be of any assistance to you. Our concierge service operates from 9.00 am till 8.00 pm on all days except Sundays.

Is there a sign-up fee if I am an individual guest wanting to book a hotel venue?
There is no sign-up fee for individuals or companies to book a venue. However, every new customer will have a one-time sign-up process to provide information by creating a user ID and password.

 

Will I be paying a higher rate if I book through your site?
No. You will pay the respective venue rate should you book through our site. Should you wish to negotiate, you can make a tentative booking and mention your demands in the additional comments section.

 

I am a corporate organization, will I enjoy special rates at my chosen venue?
In all probabilities, the rate offered to you on our site will be the same as the venue’s original rates.

 

I am a corporate organization, will I enjoy credit facility at the hotel/venue?
You will continue to enjoy the credit facility at the hotel/venue based on their venue policy.

Do we provide event planning services?
No, we don’t provide event planning services. However, our venue booking engine provides access to the best hotel brands and venues, aiding you in planning your next event successfully.

 

Will you assist us in coordination/planning of the event?
We will be happy to recommend names of a few event planners to choose from. We do not handle the events. We are only an online platform to book the venue.

Why should I book a venue online?
The ease of booking 24/7/365, multiple online payment options, and instant confirmations. You may, by all means, book at the venue directly, but you will find it a time-consuming process and will have to send emails, then send an advance by bank transfer, and undergo other procedural challenges. On the other hand, in a matter of 5-6 clicks, you can book the venue in just a few minutes.
